Mental Health Challenges (Anxiety & Depression)
Mental health challenges encompass a variety of different disorders, including bipolar affective disorder, clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, phobias, and post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).
A number of different factors may contribute to their onset, including adverse life events, genetics, physiological conditions, prolonged stress, substance abuse, and trauma.
